The only thing the staff at Jefferson Commons cares about is collecting your rent when it is due. The Property Manager Jennifer Elliot and the staff are uncaring. If you have a problem you have to stay on them. Nothing gets solved at this apartment complex unless you voice your problems. I think this place is a joke thats why I moved. Its noisy, the parking is horrible, the computers mostly dont work or the printer etc... The security is a joke. You will catch them sleeping in their patrol carts!!!
