Financial management is very poor. Unless you pay by check(so you can prove you actually did pay the rent) the payment is "unrecorded" 2 out of 3 times. You don't find this out until there is an eviction notice posted to the apartment door. That is the one thing they do seem to do well--post evictions. The ofice is staffed by students and the financial manager is always unavailable but you can talk to her voice mail...Your call is returned after 2-3 tries. For the money they make there is no excuse for this type of treatment.
