Year after year, Jefferson Pointe in Tallahassee is voted best apartment complex and thousands of students sign leases to live there. And year after year, thousands of students end their time there with a negative impression and experience. Let me be the first, and definitely not last, person to tell you... DON'T LIVE THERE!!! I could write a very long list of reasons why but I will make it short.
Many Burglaries and thefts. No Security. No parking. Shitty management that could care less about the residents. Etc, etc,...
Even though students talk about how much they hate JP, Jefferson Pointe will be full of students again this year, but I hope smart ones will learn from the big mistake of previous people.
