over the course of the three years I have lived here the apartments have gotton terriable. In the last year several women have have either raped or assulated while living here. The management did nothing to notifity the renters of these continuous events.Cars are constantly vandilized and in the last two years there has been a shooting and a stabbing. Don't be fooled or dragged in buy the cheap prices, they are that way for a reason. Pay a little more your safety it is worth it. Aside form all those facts the management in always changing which means your stipulations in leases with the old company and any agreement may not be honored by the new company.Also you could go for months if any of your amenities breakdown like AC or washer and dryer. So don't expect it to get fixed with in a couple of days or weeks. No joke we have gone months with out a washer and dryer. Good luck and don't rent here.
