We recently moved out of Savannah Sound after living there for 3 years. The rent jumped exponentially and, as a single parent, the tiny space wasn't worth the $$$. Teens were playing basketball & washing cars (& using foul language I didn't want my child to hear) well after dark all through the week. Complaints to mgmt. fell on deaf ears. Don't be fooled by the "fitness area", it was three rickety machines w/a mirror on the wall to make the room look larger. The kids program in the brochure did not exist. I lived above the apt. mgr., she rarely spoke even though I greeted her in passing. Just plain rude. We moved just down the hill (North Point Apts.) to a larger, less expensive ($200 less/month) apt. It's older, and has more "personality", but it has a huge, private back deck. Occasionally, I can hear people fighting at Savannah Sound. At least I can call the law & not fear retribution.
