When you first show up, they are very nice and friendly. The management office looks great. But after you sign the lease, they turn into A-holes. The persons hot water heater upstairs busted open and leaked into my apartment. I called maintenence and a guy showed up and they changed her water heater, but said they couldnt do anything for me. So, mold started growing all over the walls. It sucked. Then, they charged me my whole security deposit to fix their mistake. Then when my lease was up and I wanted to leave, they were very rude and wanted more money from me. They said that I didnt give notice, but I did. Then they typed up a fake lease and said that i would have to pay more money to leave. I wanted to see the lease and they gave me a lease that had no signatures on it!!! They are stupid and a bunch of criminals who just want your money. On the plus side, the place is quiet and safe. But, I would not recommend it
