If you are planning on buying a home in the area or waiting on a job transfer do not rent at this apartment. When you first talk to the staff about your situation they seem very friendly and helpful but their smiles and "That won`t be a problem" sure changes. On a seven Mounth lease with an early termination notice will cost you more than the whole lease term when you vacate. The Office Staff has memory problems and lose important messages when convenient.
