The floor plan is what will draw you into renting an apartment at the Paddock Club. The rent will make your anis a little sore. The neighbors will call the police on you, have your car towed, and make noise complaints to the office for "having sex too loud" (seriously). The management will treat you good if they like you, and not fix your heater the whole winter if they dont like you. This apartment was nice 7 years ago, but all the facilities are breaking now, and the maintenance staff is incompetent. If you are trashy, or a little ghetto, and want to act like you live in a nice community...this is the place for you!
