The grounds are well kept and the place is relatively quiet and secure. However, most of the units need some major overhaul! I know of many units where the hot water heater had broken and leaked over several units. Also, problems with air conditioning units. You can only patch things for so long..... And the staff are the most incompetent people I've ever had the displeasure to run across!
