Our apartment has been leaking since we moved in last April, and nothing has been done to fix that. They painted over one of the leaks, but...exactly. A little paint isn't going to stop the rain that pours in. The roaches seem to come and go, but for reasons unknown to me...pest control shows up about one every 3 times you ask them to come and I haven't seen that have an affect on the bugs anyways. When we moved in, there were pot stems in the carpet, and stains over the carpet. I've seen quite a few arrests made at the complex, and have heard from many people that if you want pot, go to this complex...NOT a thing I want where I live! We actually found a picture
that, instead of being taken down, had just been painted over in the closet. (Yes, painted over!). Another leak has recently opened up and there is mold clearly visible on the ceiling, from which I am now suffering severe breathing problems, but they don't seem to be concerned with this. There are cars driving by at all hours of the night blasting music loud enough to shake our apartment. I am on the lease, but do not live there (my fiance does) and he doesn't own a car. However, when I come over in the morning to get breakfast, there is NO parking nearby for me to park at, and I, a paying resident, am forced to walk. Overall, I would NOT recommend this apartment, even for the $400 they give you if you do recommend it.
