I knew I was in trouble when in the first week of living here my car cover got stolen. Since that time there have been two break-ins (one of which was on the 3rd floor), multiple cars who have had their windows broken to steal whatever was inside of them, and to top it off, someone tore all the mailboxes off the wall and broke into those too. All of this has happened within the last year but despite these MAJOR security concerns management has done nothing to address them, not even putting up a video camera or SOMETHING. If you complain the on-site manager will refer you to Regional Property Services management, who does absolutly nothing to help you but tell you to talk to your on-site manager. Also, hope that nothing breaks down while living here, maintence can be very flaky. I know a neighbor whose broken front door wasn't fixed for a month (and in a neighborhood with so many break-ins this is a very big security issue). It is close to FSU, which is why I moved here, but honestly I would rather deal with the hassle of parking than with the hassle of living here. The noise level is pretty bad too, there is a frat house and a bar across the street. Finally to top everything off, they are raising the rent above 500 per month, which is way to high for such an apartment. Go somewhere else.
