i have lived here for 2 years and would be staying longer if i wasn't getting ready to move out of the area. have lived in a few other apts. around town and can honestly say this is one of the best. our move in experience was awful however management was replaced and if you ever need a problem Jeff in the office will fix it. since he has taken over things are great. very pet friendly. there are dog walk stations throughout the complex with baggies and trashcans. parking is plentiful with lots of visitor parking. it is very quiet and the grounds are kept up daily. there are two pools and two hottubs, indoor raquetball court, locked mailboxes, and a fitness center. also many do not realize but if you have parents visiting you can get a free guest suite for them. you can even do maintenance requests online. my only complaints are that maintenance can sometimes take a few days to get to you. and the gates never work and when they do people just tailgate in. although this seems like a problem with every gated apt complex. also on wed nights alot of people come to play basketball on our court which leaves residents unable to play but so far it has been only a wed night thing. overall a great quiet place to live and bring your pets.
