I've been living here for a couple of months and I have not had too many problems here. The staff is great and are very helpful. The complex itself is clean, well maintained, and really nice.
The only problems here is that it's not exactly a student area, so noise complaints is very common, even when there isn't a party going on. So, expect to go to more parties than to throw any, unless you have neighbors that don't care. Another thing is it's standard leasing, not individual like at student housing (i.e. Boardwalk, Campus Lodge, ect.) Rent is split between how many you have living there, which is good because that's how rent can be really cheap. (Say you live in a 3/3, and there's two people in each room, with rent around $1160, it works out really well.) The problem with that though, is if someone doesn't pay or leaves, then your responsible for that portion.
