While this is one of the more beautiful complexes in the city, THE RENT IS OUTRAGEOUS. If you can manage to shoot out $800-$1000 per month then go for it. I wouldn't recommend it for students with inadequate pay. It really is nice but I don't think it's worth that amount of money. Tallahassee needs to get with the program (All of these apartment complexes seem to be the same way. Students don't have that much money. MAKE YOUR STUFF AFFORDABLE)
