I have been a resident at this complex for four years. It is my first time as a renter, and sadly it hasn't been a good experience. The complex is run down, and when things break you can expect to wait at least a week before it's even fixed. I can remember a leak in my bathtub that wasn't look at for a week. When someone finally came, the hot water was unusable and the pipes rattled loudly when I tried to turn it on. After numerous maintenace requests to fix what was broken, finally, finally, it was fixed. If I had it to do all over again, I would not rent an apartment with Rolling Hills. I guess I could have done a lot worse, but then I'm sure I could have done a lot better.
