The only good thing about these apartments are the space. These are very spacious apartments. Everything else sucks including management. I have been living here for a year and the management staff has changed at least 3 times. I don't know where to start from because I have that many complaints. My biggest problem is the bathrooms. They are just old and nasty. My shower and sink are always leaking. The tile in the bathrooms are old and mildewy. Tilex won't even correct this problem. The bathroom floor is just as bad. I have bleached the floor and I still don't walk on it without socks. It has so much grim and mildew on the floor especially behind the toilet (disgusting). I hate going into my bathroom, I get really depressed. These apartments aren't insulated very well either. In the summer you burn up and in the winter you freeze. These apartments are very old and they need to renovate them. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I have so many complaints I just don't have enough space, my advise to you is to move elsewhere but here at the hills you won't enjoy your stay.
