If I had it to do over again, I wouldn't give these people the time of day.
Management is incompetent and could care less about the residents.
Maintenance requests have to be made at least twice before any action is taken, and then you had better make a personal appearance at the
office to make sure that someone has actually put the request in.
I've never been in a place where management handles the residents so shabbily.
Maybe it's a Tallahassee thing.
Anyway, if you are looking for a place to call home, don't even consider Rolling Hills. You'll be sorry if you do.
