This was my first experience renting an apartment on my own.
At first it was great. The office people were friendly and I had no problems.
But the longer I stayed, the worse things got.
When things stop working now, it takes three and four calls to the office in order to get someone to take care of it. I've had a water leak that's been a problem on and off for almost two years and nothing has been done about it. ONly after begging the maintenance people to look at did they come, and then they only slapped a band-aid over the problem and forgot about it.
If I had it to do all over again, I sure wouldn't pick this place. My lease is up in a few months and I can't wait to move.
