At first I liked living here, but now nothing is done to fix things. The constant noise of my neighbors keeps me awake almost all night. There has been a constant leak above my front door for over a year. I now have my rent raised $30.00 a month. This is my third lease I've signed. If I had know the rent was going up that much I would have moved. Also not everyone does not get the same rates. I talked to someone who got the rent reduced.
