Hello, please do yourself a favor and not rent from this community. I ended up breaking my lease just to get from this place. The maintenance is slow to getting to your work order, there are numerous water problems.
An example of the water problems I had was once my electric bill was $800 dollars because the faucets ran, not leaked but ran for all of that month and an additional 3 months. They only wanted to compensate me $200 dollars, "Are you kidding me" then my water heater broke and flooded my place. 3 days of stench and wet carpet and they refused to change the carpet but wanted me to stay there. No hot water for 3 weeks.
the worst of all Fungus.
Simply put don't live there. I thought due to the price and the size of the apartment model it would be great but they don't show you your apartment you are going to rent until you sign the lease. Don't do it. You will regret it and I thought that these ratings were done by jealous people. NOPE Believe.
