Three words: This place sucks. Maintenence crew dumps garbage in the street for most of day until they pick it up at night, noisy residents don't care about anyone else, something is always broken, whether it's the lock to your apartment, your washer/drier, even the equipment in the gym is always busted. And for $500 a month? Wow, what a ripoff.
