I have been living at Seminole Suites for almost three years now. And for these three years I have seen this place slowly but surely fall by the wayside. If you like noise, TERRIBLY thin walls, and a place where garbage is politely scattered in front of your door then SEMINOLE SUITES is for you. Yes the price is decent but overall you pay for what you get. The best thing about Seminole Suites is the garbage pick up. But just pray that someone will actually pick the garbage when they are suppose to pick it up and won't just sit outside for days and days to come. Management is ok but it can definitely get better. I have got into plenty of arguements with one of the "managers" there who is simply just a student rocking some slacks. He is very unprofessional, rude, and he thinks he can be taken seriously with a mohawk in is head. Are you for real dude? I won't say that it is the most awful place to live BUT I will say if you do plan on staying there be prepared to hear all of your roommate's personal conversation and dirty deeds in his/her bedroom because the WALLS ARE PAPER THIN!!! It is definitely hard to get any studying done and there are parties there like evry other weekend. Maintenace tries to get things done but WHEN THEY FEEL LIKE THINGS SHOULD GET DONE! I am still waiting on someone to come clean throw up that was left outside of my door from one night someone had a party. But if you like all these things then this is the place for you.Just don't say someone didn't warn you!!
