This was, hands down, the worst experience of my life. Management doesn't care who you are or what your problems may be. I was threatened to be ripped out of my bed and beaten by a roommate I was matched with due to the fact that she was drunk and loud at 4:00 in the morning and I was displeased about it. Management did hardly anything to solve the problem. They also discovered that one roommate had had a copy of the keys to the apartment made, which is a strict violation of the lease and instead of asking them to hand in the spare keys, they merely looked and said roommate and stated "you can't have those" and took no further action. Upon move-in day the apartment was infested with roaches and poorly cleaned and it took the maintenance staff over a month to correct the problems. One night gunshots sounded through the air and when my parents asked management what had happened and what is being done to resolve the lack of security, they denied that anything had even happened and that security was hard to track down, meanwhile, the Leon County Police Department had a police report filed from that night. The management/RA's don't make attempts to get to know they're residents, nor do they treat their residents as adults. My dad had to threaten to shove a boot up someone's ass to get anything accomplished in that place while they treated me as if I were 5 years old. The people working up front are only there so they can live rent-free, they don't take the necessary initiative to get the job done and done well. The music from the apartments around me is so loud that my entire room shakes and things fall off my desk, the cops have to be called for anything to ever be done about it. Enjoy your stay!!
