I cant tell you how many times they have turned the water off and on without giving notice and I cant flush the toilet or the water in the sink gets me in the face after they have turned the water off again. The "new" office people have no idea what is going on with the apartments. They are outright rude when you make any type of request and will not work with you if your student loans are late or there is a problem. So if you are a student dont risk living there. Also there is a ok computer lab/ small gym / pool, but they change the code to get in without telling the residents!!!! Hmm let me recap some of things that have happened to me and my friends while living there: bats in the ceiling which cannot be removed because they are protected, roach infestation, tons of problems with the old pipes (water smells funny, my toilet has had to been fixed at least 5 different times, water always being turned off, pipes being clogged and they have said they will charge for snaking the pipes again although it is their pipes fault) oh yeah and when i moved in my apartment was dirty and infested with fleas...run in the other direction quickly. Although they have made upgrades to the apartment structure until they get management that knows what i s going on and keeps the residents updated of water outages, codes to the computer room etc, just dont do it.
