Biggest problem is that the office is run by very young people that have little or no previous experience in customer service. And they tend to turn over managers every two months, there's been at least four in the there in the 9 months I've been leasing.
It's right on the edge of a very poor section of town, lots of police fire sirens, flyovers by police helicopters. Since the units are furnished for the most part this turns into a dorm setup basically... lots of partying and noise all through the nights and the weekends are a nightmare.
BIG NOTE: if you do rent, the parking lot lights are so bright, and the units are all glass fronts, you will need curtains. In addition, there are no windows that open. So with cement floors, humidity and mildew the whole place starts to smell after awhile, with no way to vent it out.
On the flip side, the maintenance folks are very good and prompt. Be advised you will have to sign a 12 month lease and it starts 8/1 and you have to pay even if you don't move in til later in the month. Also, getting stuck in these apartments for 12 months is brutal.
