Stay away from University Lofts!!!!!! I cannot emphasize this enough. Worst experience of my life. Not well kept up. Constantly building maintenance problems and the owner/landlord does not care about his tenants or about running an honest, good faith business. They will try to screw you. DON'T BE AN IDIOT - Rent anywhere but here!
