I was the first of my four roommates to move in. They didn't clean the carpet because "they must have missed it," there was only one couch and a tv stand, the fire alarm was broken, the lights were broken, the stove was missing the burners, the doorbell didn't work, our peep hole was painted over and to top it off, the apartment was flooded and had molded. They promised that the stuff would be fixed the next day, but when I went to the front office, it had been closed because they were too busy to open the office that day. When I told the manager (who is extremely rude by the way and called me a b**** for all the complaints) about the peephole she told me to "just scratch the paint off." After a couple weeks, we found a snake in our living room, and our apartment had a variety of bugs for two months. That is just a few of the problems with the apartment. The management is also a huge problem. The manager is rude and doesn't care about problems. It takes forever for things to get fixed because sometimes, they don't give maintenance request forms to the maintenance guys. The first couple months, the fire marshall also came to watch over the complex because this place wasn't up to safety standards and was a fire hazard. Honestly, DO NOT LIVE HERE!
