I love brand new things and this is one of the reasons why I chose this place. That and its a townhome. The decor of the place reminds me more of the home I grew up in instead of an apartment.(actual color on the walls, not just WHITE paint!) This is my third year in tallahassee and I wanted to get away from campus a little and this place is the perfect location because there aren't a bunch of other aparment places out here. I really like it and will probably stay another year until I'm done with classes.
