I was robbed twice and the office could have cared less. My door was slammed in and the office refused to replace it after the police made sure i went down and told them. The only way we could get them to replace what was a simple $10 door was for my father to threaten a law suit. There is little security, and there is no "gated community" as they advertise. The office is run by students who have no idea what is going on and the manager will only hang up on you and give you no help if you contact her.The apartments were put up way to fast, and i had over 10 things break within my first week including the new washing machiene.If you love living near criminals West 10 is here for you!
