This is not the luxury living establishment advertised. The noise at this apt. complex is absolutely awful. I am constantly awkended in the middle of the night by loud trucks and cars and tenants who take their conversations out into the parking lots. The tennis courts are awful and I can never tell if the people using them live at Arbor View or at the nasty apartment complex behind them. People even use the tennis courts to walk their dogs. There are unsupervised children all over the place, yelling as loud as they can. Stray cats swarm the area and the hallways/entrance ways are so dirty, even pressure washing doesn't help. Most of the pool furniture (lounge chair)is broken. There is always some sort of construction going on and it feels like the parking lot has been overtaken by large trucks and trailers.
