Apartment Review for Arborview Apartments

I lived here from May '09 through May '10 and not once did I have an issue with the staff UNTIL we moved out. They charged us for over $700 for the carpet claiming it had to be pulled due to severe stains. These are the same stains that I reported to their office on more than one occasion because their maintainence staff tracked in dirt in mud from outside. I am almost finished paying it off but they still reported me to collections because I couldn't pay in full at the time they charged me. Monthly installments are apparently not acceptable. Loved it while I lived there, nightmare after I moved out.
