Horrible Management For Both Renters And Owners

Rented: From 2006 To 2009

This company is only out to "save" money for owners which equates to bad to no maintenance of the homes. It took them 2 WEEKS to come and fix a leak in the roof that was so bad that the whole ceiling fell through. They have nickel and dimed us so badly that we have had to keep resigning the lease because we don't have enough money to move. Expense to renters, damaging to homes--BENCHMARK SUCKS!
