I rented from Benchmark last year and it was awful. They will take ALL of your deposit PLUS more! They claim you broke all these things in the apartment that you never even knew existed. They raise the rent every year. I had a leaky bathtub faucet and eventually someone came to fix it and walked into my apartment unannounced while I was there. Benchmark never even called to say they received my message. I could go on and on but I won't. Just beware and do not rent anything from them!!!
