Apartment Review for Berkshire Manor Apartments

This apartment complex has the worst maintenance team I have ever heard of. At one point, we had flies all throughout our entire apartment for four days. The maintenance man told us it looked like the Amittyville Horror Movie but said it would cost a lot to fix the problem as it was probably a dead possum in between our first floor and the second floor apartment. He told us to "just wait it out" and gave us a bug bomb that did nothing at all. We had to leave our apartment for three days and stay with family outside of town while the flies subsided. We were thinking of hiring a lawyer for this as they did not provide us with screens for our windows for over six months from when we moved in and this helped make our fly problem more severe and it is a Florida law for the landlord to provide the tenant with these items. The rent is cheap here but you will definitely regret it!! Trust me. My fiance and I read these and other negative reviews and figured we would still give it a go since it was so cheap and spacious; we thought "how bad could it possibly be," never will we do that again. Now they are taking pictures of everyone's dog using the restroom because there are people not picking up their dog's poop. This is the least professional apartment complex we have ever dealt with and this has made us hate Tallahassee with a passion.
