Apartment Review for Berkshire Manor Apartments

If you want to have an apartment that is peaceful and a property manager that is nice, takes care of matter quickly, and good maintance--this is NOT (!!) the place for you. I have lived here for a while and have not been this dissatisfied until the new management took over (AUGUST 2006). Words cannot express how horrible the management is. I, as well as my neighbors have considered lawsuits against them. You have to threaten them with a lawsuit just to get anything taken care of. The property manager is nothing short of incompetent. <P>
