Apartment Review for Berkshire Manor Apartments

I think it's based on your neighbors, that is whether or not this is a pleasant experience for you. Our neighbors on our one side like to stay up until 2am+ listening to tribal music + a screaming baby and because of the THIN walls in our laundry room we can hear everything they say & do. Our other side is just a bunch of random ppl living together, but Lord help us when they get into a fight. Utensils fly & hit the wall, screaming ensues and who knows what else. Below us we must have a night owl who only likes to play his guitar AFTER 1am. Behind us they decide to throw parties between apartments and scream loudly to each other while only standing 4 feet away. I've called the police twice on a weekday at 4am for screaming drunk ppl. The apartments are HUGE, not very well set up, but the plumbing and AC ducts need to be fixed. Our neighbors are nasty so I think that is where our pest problem came from, but for the money what can I expect. I don't know what maintenance does, but the "annual" inspections that happen randomly & repeatedly even though you get letters stating when they will be (they don't show) and the water randomly being turned off for some problem or another.....my co-worker lives on another side and says she never has the problems with neighbors that I have, but the staff, yes. 2006-7/2007 <P>
