Apartment Review for Boardwalk Apartments

They put on an excellent show, and make you truly believe that, "Hey, this is going to be a nice place to live." But, as soon as you sign the lease is when the trouble starts. Beginning with parking, you won't be able to find a spot within 4 or 5 buildings of where you live, and this isn't just a Tuesday/Thursday/Weekend thing. This is a 8:30 on a Wednesday night type thing, and it gets frustrating. Then there is the lovely staff when you need assitance, their favorite lines are, "Sorry there is no-one that can help you right now," and, "Can you try coming back tomorrow?" Now after all this frustration it would be nice to go into the apartment and kick back with your friends, not going to happen. That Room-mate finder/request, no matter what they say later on they are going to claim they told you that they don't gurantee anything about room-mates at all, at least that is the line I got, that is in regards to requests. When it comes to randoms you better have an open mind, and a lot of patience. It is like they put you with all the wrong people just to teach you patience, you put non-smoker you will get a massive smoker, you put down non to light drinker and you will be living with Johnny Cash (huge alcoholic.) Over all my entire experience has been bad, and I would not recommend you live here. Go to Frog-Pond or Seminole Suites the girls are just as hot there too. <P>
