Review for Boardwalk Apartments

PROS 1. Location! Walking distance to stadium. 2. Management! Managers are off-site, but are pretty good about responding to phone calls. 3. Maintenance! Absolutely awesome. Repairmen were dispatched usually on the same day that I called.

CONS 1. Location! The area remains under attack by drunk undergraduates throughout football season. Visitors consume all of the already-limited parking spaces. Just depends on your level of tolerance for that crap. 2. Facility! It's playing Russian-Roullette with the condition of your apartments. Renovations are inconsistent and not made in every unit. Essentially, it's a lottery drawing and just hope you're assigned a decent unit. 3. Price! They've jacked up the price by $60 since last year. 2/1 unit now rents for $760 (this does include cable). 4. Neighbors! I am surrounded by idiots. If you an adult or over the age of 21, do NOT rent here. Parties occur on a weekly basis. Parking spots are right behind bedroom walls, which means that when intoxicated jackasses are trying to identify which vehicle is there, you get to enjoy a full dissertation of their experience - at 4:30 in the morning. I've had to get out of bed, go outside, and curse out a moron or two. Don't even get me started on my trailer-park neighbors.

In all, if your standards for cleanliness and modern facilities are low and you happen to be an undergrad, this might be the match for you!
