Review for Boardwalk Apartments

I would never recommend this complex to anyone, my son is moving out this semester, even though I have to pay two rents, it's worth it just so I know he's safe. Two months ago a boy was stabbed in the back, whilst he was on property . That's not heresay, call the police department and find out, my son saw the boy being loaded onto the ambulance. There are fights regularly, and the last straw was Friday night, 7th Dec. 2007, three thugs who were in a car on the property, almost crashed into his car, he had to slam on his brakes to avoid their car, and then they jumped out of the car and started beating on his car, and kicking it, it is now dented and has the kids footprints all over it, when my son got out of his car to see what the problem was, they started trying to get him to fight, he jumped into his car and fled, but they chased him to his apt., luckily he got away safely, but now he said he doesn't feel safe there. If you want to look it up, he filed a police report the next day 8th Dec. 2007, they took pictures of the damage and fingerprinted it. I also agree with everything else the reviewers said on this review site, except the 1 positive one, they were probably just plain lucky
