My son lived there his first year at FSU and only one year and he is still paying for it. They constantly got him confused with another tenant who was not paying and over charged him then when he moved out they confused him again and charged him for repairs to the apartment that he did not have anything to do with. Now they've turned him in to a collection agency for something someone else left in a mess and they refused to correct the error. DO NOT LET YOUR CHILDREN LIVE THERE IF YOU LOVE THEM!
