word of advice if your planning on signing, or have already done so. There is a lot of sketchy people who manage to find their way into the community- which in it self is a major problem, since boardwalk is student living- it is often loud, and when an alarm goes off, it does just that- no cops are notified, no one really seems to care, so if you are indeed in trouble, it could be a while before anyone important finds out. There is a gate, but it stays open- and the fence enclosing the back has gaping holes, big enough to easily walk through. A guy on a golf cart serves as eyes for the tow truck company, and just that. having parties seems like a good idea, but random people will walk right into your place like they own it, I'm not sure if its the surrounding neighborhoods or just thugs that think college kids are easy targets, either way the risk is prevalent. multiple breaking and entering, and the occasional sexual assault. no one likes to be held up at gunpoint- its happened to me, and its opened my eyes- find a place that's safe to lay your head- nobody should have to deal with having to choose between their life and a few material objects.
