Review for Campus Edge Apartments

Four Seasons Apts @ 630 W. Virginia Street changed its name to Campus Edge Apartments. They did this for a reason. They did it to erase their negative and shaddy past!! They think the tennants are stupid and will forget the past of Four Seasons Apts.

I had plenty of mold in my apartment numerous times as well as numerous other tenants that I had known to live here. I knew MANY people that had lived here. The mold is everywhere inside the apartments. They try to clean it away with bleach, but it ALWAYS comes back. They also lie about it as well.

Homeless people eveywhere! They walk around the parking lot at night and they dig right through the dumpsters and harass you for money. Also, there have been many breakins into the apartments as well as the cars!

The nightclubs across the street play loud music almost every night. Also, when they let out many drunk college kids leave screaming and yelling and drunk as well. I see them sometimes using the bushes & trees of the aparmtnet complex as a toilet! They do this b/c they park in the apartment parking lot.

AC units don't work, new manager every few months or so, water leaking from the ceiling, ect....

To Many problems to list. The list goes on and on!!

I used to have the mold issue, and im sure its due to the humidity and lack of central a/c on top of cement walls. So I bought those "damprid" things, cleaned my windows regularly and the mold was gone!
