Apartment Review for Campus Edge

I've livd here for two years, we've had 4 property managers and the best one was Will, which is why I moved here in the first place but he left. I hope you don't need sleep because this place is right behind the bars, so it's always loud! The handy-manis an *******, Im not mean but he is, I had to fight for a new AC, for my washer and dryer hook-up, They never fixed the base of the walls after tearing them off for the new tile. Rent has went from $465 to $625, and it's not worth it, Im moving as soon as my lease is up! The only good thing is that you can walk to the campus, but you have to deal with the homeless people because there's a homeless selter 2 blocks down. Just don't live here, there are better apartments in Tallahassee than this
