Management And Mold

Rented: From 2007 To 2008

The Management here are assholes!!!! they are not friendly they are young and extremely rude! The only time you see them or speak to them is when the rent is due. The apartments are also insulated horribly so you get mold all the time, and they want you to keep your windows and doors open, are you kidding me! If you keep your windows open you really won't get sleep unless its in the daytime when you might not have class or work, and yea right keep your door open so what you can invite flies, neighbors, people who are drunk(in the daytime and night), or homeless people? Get real, and don't rent from these people at all! the only upside is the closeness to campus if you attend Florida State, or if you are a bar/club junkie because there are plenty of those directly in front of your apartment.
