Review for Campus Edge Apartments

I've been living at Campus Edge the past year and it has been GREAT!!! As a student at FSU, I love the fact that I can walk to class in just a few minutes -- the later I can sleep in, the better. With a new washer/dryer in my unit, I do my laundry whenever I want -- good bye laundromat. My unit also includes hi-speed Internet and cable with HBO in the cost of the rent.

I've made friends with some of my neighbors and we'll often walk to one of the area restaurants for dinner or to grab a drink. The management staff has been curteous and they promply respond to any problems, e.g. when I needed help changing my AC filter. I never have any trouble parking since each resident needs a parking permit and cars without permits are towed. When friends come to visit, I can get a guest permit for them from the office.

If you're looking for a 1-bedroom apartment with washer/dryer near FSU, I don't think you can do any better than Campus Edge.

P.S. -- I've renewed my lease for 2008-09.
