Review for Campus Edge Apartments

My fiance and I moved in last year at a moments notice and our property manager has been very kind toward the both of us. Yes on the weekend there is a bit of noise from the bars, but when you're tired you sleep rather well:0) As for the homeless that you may encounter. It's not that big of a deal. We have not run into any trouble. It's common sense to watch out for your own safety where ever you may live. Our manager and maintenance staff have made sure that things are taken care of and we are happy to live here. There have been times where maintenance requests have taken some time but there is only one person taking care of all of these apartments. If you are kind and patient with them they will take care of you. We have our privacy and our neighbors are friendly. The location is convenient to campus and the downtown area. No matter where you live there can always be things you don't like. It's all about learning to adapt to your environment.
