Review for Campus Edge Apartments

I moved in because I was sick of roommates, and it has been a glorious year of privacy. I lived in the back of the building, so I never dealt with the noises from Bulls or the clubs. The geese in the winter by the lake kinda got annoying, but it was nothing a TV could drown out. Never had problems with homeless people or ever felt unsafe. I lived in gated communities before this and felt less safe (Boardwalk, Seminole Suites). Walking to class and never worrying about a DUI was amazing as well.

Price wise, it was one of the best places I could find for that price and the amenities. Everywhere else was similar, but theyd be lacking in either a w/d or cable/internet, which are both included (5 HBOs and 5 ESPNs!)

As far as management goes, I avoid them as much as I can, but thats just how I am. Manager was super friendly and remembered my name from the day I signed my lease. There's only one maintenance guy so I dont know how long it takes to get things done, but he DID show up once at almost 2AM when my toilet suddenly started leaking, so I give him an A+.

Overall great experience. I just wish there was a dishwasher, and that we got the Food Network/Bravo/Travel Channel. lol Thats my main complaint.
