Review for Campus Edge Apartments

There is very loud noise and rowdy destructive party students coming from the 7 or 8 night clubs right across the street, every night, 7 days a week. Homeless bums walk up and down west Virginia Street asking me for money every day and they also dig through the dumpsters and use the swimming pool as well. There is a homeless shelter & a bus station only a couple of blocks from the apartment complex itself. The apartment complex is surrounded by a lower income neighborhood called French Town. It is full of nothing but criminals and drug dealers. After about 3 months of living in the apartment I had numerous problems with mold growing rapidly all over the walls. The management gives leases to anybody, including many shady characters. Some of which recently just got out of jail. Two of my friend’s cars got broken into. Several of the other tenants and myself decided not to renew our leases. I almost wanted to stay in a motel far from Campus Edge Apartments for the last month of my lease. I give this place an F!!

You are the most ignorant person ever!!!! The homeless shelter is right across the street from FSU too, but I'm sure that did not stop you from enrolling... Not every homeless person is a bad person and God forbid one day you become one... I hope you have family and loved ones to fall back on b/c not everyone does! I have not had any problems living here... And by lower income neighborhood did you mean Black people? That is definitely what it sounds like... You don't know why anyone in this complex went to jail! As a matter of fact how do you know they just got out of jail? Did they come and tell you that? I actually went to jail for driving on a suspended license... So I take offense to that and by looking at me and most others who have records you would never know!!!! People's cars get broken into everywhere regardless of where you stay! Especially in Tallahassee... You're an idiot... I'm posting anonymously b/c I don't want to register but I currently live in Campus Edge by the dumpsters and there are some negatives but you just sound like an ignorant racist!!!
