Review for Campus Edge Apartments

I have lived here for the past year and I love it... Christine is the best property manager I have ever dealt with! The size of the apartment is great for one person and a dog. Many of the people with bad reviews had roommates in a one bedroom apartment. The one major downfall is the storage space and I have a ton of stuff so I am not resigning my lease. The location is awesome especially if you don't have a car like me! It takes two minutes to walk to class and less than that to get to a bus stop. There are restaurants and clubs along the strip and a park behind it that I walk twice a week. It is located close to Frenchtown, but it is not in it. If I could do it again I would get an apartment on the 3rd floor b/c you can hear loud steps and noises from the apartment above you. People do go through the dumpsters but they don't bother anybody. My apartment is right next to the dumpster if anything you may get someone who asks you for change, but I'm a giving person. It's a quiet complex even though its right behind the strip b/c you can't hear the music once your door is closed and at 2am the people in the complex coming home can be loud. The cable is some sort of satellite so when it rains it goes out. I did have a problem with mold on the wall but the the office got it taken care of the same day. It is a brick building so mold is going to happen. Overall I loved it and wish I could stay another year especially since the rent is lowered...
