Review for Chartre Oaks Apartments

There is always trash around the dumpster, such as couches, dishwashers, etc... I almost got jumped while taking out the trash one night and to top it off, a used condom was left on my doorstep. I had to threaten to sue to get out of my lease, they did not seem that concerned.
